Associate a Phone Number is a FREE service. We will only use it to send you activation codes by SMS.

How to add a phone number
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Management.
- Click on Add Phone Number.
- An activation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Open the email you received from Wargaming and click ADD PHONE NUMBER.
- Confirm this action and input your account's password.
- Select Place of residence and input your phone number.
- Click Continue and Request Code.
- If you made a typo, click Correct the Number and try again.
- You will receive an SMS with a code. Input this code and click Activate.
- Click Close.
- Your phone number is now associated with the account.
If you do not receive the SMS code, you can request another after 15 minutes, but no more than two every 24 hours.
Good to know
- If you made a typo when you entered your phone number, you can try again in 24h.
How to change the phone number
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Management.
- Find Associated Phone Number and click Change Phone Number.
- Select Place of residence and input the NEW Phone Number
- Click Continue.
- An activation code is sent by SMS to the NEW phone number. Input the code in the field and click Continue.
- An activation code is sent by SMS to the OLD phone number. Input the code in the field and click Continue.
- Confirm the action and click Close.
- Your NEW phone number is now associated with the account.
- If you do not have access to the OLD phone number (e.g. you changed SIM) but you remember it, follow the steps in the remove the phone number section.
- If you’ve forgotten the phone number, contact Player Support.
Good to know
- Phone number change: up to a maximum of three times every 6 months.
- Activation code: Valid for 24h. If you do not enter the code, the OLD phone number will not be removed from your account.
- Request SMS with code: one every 15 minutes, but no more than 2 times every 24 hours.
- Activation email - link: one every day, with a 15 min use window after SMS request.
How to remove the phone number
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Management.
- Find Associated Phone Number and click Remove Phone Number.
- Click Continue. An activation code is sent by SMS.
- Input the Confirmation Code and click Remove.
- Click Close. The phone number was successfully removed.
- If you do not have access to the phone number, on step 3, click [I have no access to my telephone] and follow the steps. The phone will be removed after 14 days. Within that time, you can cancel this action in Account Management.
- If you’ve forgotten the phone number, contact Player Support.
Good to know
- Phone number binding: one per month, three times every six months.
- Activation code: Valid for 24h. If you do not enter the code, the phone number will not be removed from your account.
- Request SMS code: one every 15 minutes, but no more than 2 times every 24 hours.
- Activation email - link: one every day, with a 15 min use window after SMS request.
