- Press Windows + R.
- Write DxDiag and press Enter.
- Check the Display and Render tabs.
- Your video card's name and manufacturer should appear.
- Another option is typing Device Manager in the search bar and clicking on Display adapters.

How to reset the driver settings
Corrupted or wrong graphics card settings can affect the game's performance and your computer's ability to display graphics correctly.
Follow these steps:
- Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Go to 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings.
- On the upper-right corner, click Restore Defaults.
- Click Yes.
How to download and install a new driver
New driver should automatically remove the old one. If the installer asks you for permission, please grant it.
Follow these steps:
- Visit Nvidia website.
- Select your Graphics Card name, Operating System and language.
- Press Search button.
- Download the driver.
- Open the *.exe you just downloaded and follow the displayed steps to install.
Should you have a laptop with a special driver provided by your manufacturer, check the laptop model on your manufacturer's Driver Support section.
How to manually uninstall the driver
- Go to your Control Panel
- Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon
- Select the NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers from the list of programs.
