Proving This Is Your Account

To prove that you were the one who registered the account, please indicate the following in your ticket:

  1. The country and the city where you registered the account.
  2. The phone number linked to the account. If there were several numbers, list them all.
  3. Details of all payments made to your account. The data you need to provide depends on how you paid:

If you paid via an electronic wallet:

  • Specify the method of payment (WebMoney, Amazon etc.).
  • Attach a separate screenshot for each payment from the wallet transaction history.
  • Attach a screenshot of the full payment history.

If you paid with a bank card:

  • Indicate the first six and the last four digits of the card number.
  • Provide a statement from the card account or screenshots of payment system transactions (PayPal, LiqPay, etc.).

If you paid through the terminal:

  • Send scans or photos of receipts (if you do not have receipts, indicate approximate payment dates and amounts).
  • Specify which terminal networks you used for payments.

If you used mobile payment or SMS:

  • Specify the phone number used to make the payment.
  • Specify the payment date and amount.
  • Attach a statement from your personal account with the mobile operator, showing payments to the game.
If you provided any of this earlier (when creating a ticket), provide only the missing information. The sooner you provide it, the sooner we can address your issue.
