Refunds and Transfers

How do I request a refund?

Purchases can be refunded when the associated in-game items remain unused. Should this be the case, contact our Player Support team.

Have the following information ready:

  • Payment method: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, …
  • Date and time of the purchase
  • Name of the purchased item
  • Amount or price
  • Currency
  • Order Number on the purchase confirmation email. Example: c4e9ba14cf3011e5834f38eaa78b2fac
  • Proof of purchase: a screenshot of your bank account, credit card or retailer confirming you were charged

Disclaimer

  • Steam DLC purchases are non-refundable

How do I request a transfer?

Transfers are an exception, applicable to non-refundable payment methods, where our team is unable to process a refund. In these cases, we will be open to exploring the transfer of an in-game item, or its equivalent in value, from one account to another. Contact our Player Support team for help.

Have the following information ready:

  • Payment method: Paysafecard, Phone, Terminal, etc.
  • Date and time of the purchase
  • Name of the purchased item
  • Amount or price
  • Currency
  • Order Number as seen on the purchase confirmation email. Example: c4e9ba14cf3011e5834f38eaa78b2fac
  • Proof of purchase: a screenshot from the payment receipt or purchase ticket

Non-refundable payments list:

  • Phone
  • PaySafecard
  • Example: Qiwi, DineroMail, etc.

Armory

Purchases through the Armory can be refunded when no more than one (1) battle is played with the ship.

  • Used coupons cannot be restored.
  • Event-related currency may be refunded for its equivalent value in credits.
