Email Change

Self-service Email Change requires an Associated Phone Number that's been active for at least 30 days.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Management.
  3. Edit email address.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. You will receive an SMS Code. Input this code and click Activate.
  6. A notification regarding the change will be sent to the email address currently associated with the Account.
  7. Input your new email address and click Continue.
  8. An activation email will be sent to your new email address.
  9. Find the activation email in your new inbox and Confirm Email Address
  10. Input your Account Password to confirm the change of email.
  11. Click Continue and Close to complete the change.

Allow ~1h processing time for delivery of the SMS code and email notifications.
