Anonymous Tickets and Account Recovery

If you think that your account has been hacked, you need to submit a ticket to Player Support.

Go to the Player Support Main Page and check the top-right corner of your screen. What do you see there?

How to Send an Anonymous Ticket

  1. Click this link.
  2. Select the question category. Click Continue.
  3. When creating the ticket, provide as much detail as possible. This will help us process your ticket quicker and give you an exact answer. Attach files, if needed.
  4. Double-check the information you've entered, then click Send Ticket.
  5. Your ticket has been created. Any replies from the Player Support employees will be sent to the email address you specified when creating the ticket. If you don't have access to your email, follow these instructions.

How to Send a Ticket From Your Account

  1. Click this link.
  2. Select the question category. Click Continue.
  3. Continue until you see an article with recommendations.
  4. Read the recommendations. If your issue is not solved, click Create Ticket.
  5. When creating the ticket, provide as much detail as possible. This will help us process your ticket quicker and give you an exact answer. Attach files, if needed.
  6. Double-check the information you have entered, then click Send Ticket.
  7. A ticket will be created, and you'll be able to see a reply to it in the My Tickets section. Notifications about new replies will also be sent to the email address linked to your account.
  8. If you don't have access to your email, follow these instructions.
