To prove that you were the one who registered the account, please indicate the following in your ticket:
- The country and city where you registered the account.
- The phone number linked to the account. If there were several numbers, please list them all.
- Details of all payments made to the account. The data you need to provide depends on how you paid:
Android (Google Play)
- Go to https://pay.google.com/.
- In the Activity tab, select the required transaction and tap it.
- The Transaction Details menu will open on the right side of the page. Take a screenshot of the menu and send it to us.
Apple (MacOS, iOS)
How to see your purchase history on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name and select iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
- Scroll to the Purchase History section and tap it. If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days ago, tap Last 90 Days and select the required date range.
- Find the item and tap Total Billed.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt and attach it to your ticket.
How to see your purchase history on a Mac or Windows OS computer
- Open the iTunes app.
- On the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Account and click View My Account.
- On the Account Information page, scroll down to the Purchase History section.
- Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.
- Find the item. It might take a moment for your Purchase History to appear. If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days ago, click Last 90 Days and select the required date range.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt and attach it to your ticket.
Steam
- Open Steam and sign in. You can also do this from a browser using this link.
- Click your Steam account name in the top right corner and select Account Details from the menu.
- In the Store & Purchase History section, click View Purchase History.
- Find the payment and click it to open the receipt.
- Take a screenshot of the receipt and attach it to your ticket.
Microsoft
- Sign in to the website and go to the Order History section.
- In the Refine section on the left side of the page, select the date range for which you want to see transactions. For example: select All in the Show filter and All Available in the Ordered Within filter.
- Find the required order and click Order Details.
- Send an unedited screenshot of the order details to us.
Nintendo Switch
- Log in to your Nintendo Account.
- Tap the eShop Menu.
- On the resulting page, select "Information About Account Activity".
- Take screenshots of all transactions related to our game and send them to us.
