You can control your spending yourself via notifications on credited amounts that are emailed to the address associated with the account after each payment. The notification contains the payment amount and the amount of purchased gold or the name of the purchased bundle.
To find out how much was spent on your account, contact Player Support.
Provide the following information:
- Name of the internet provider (ISP) at the time the account was created.
- City of registration.
- Bill screenshots or any other information (for example, bank statements) related to a Wargaming payment at least 6 months ago.
Confirmation emails are not valid.
