Battle Journey Posters & Stickers: Useful Information

Who handles my order, and what should I do if I have questions about it?

For the production of your customized Battle Journey prints, we are partnering with Peecho's Print On Demand service. If you have any questions about your order, you can go to their Help Center or contact their support team at support@peecho.com. They are available on business days* between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CET and will respond to you within two business days.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please note that any orders placed and paid for will move to production straight away, and handling fees are charged directly by the printing facility, even if the order has not yet been printed. This means that costs have been incurred, and Peecho is no longer able to cancel the order.

I want a refund

Because all products are personalized, they are non-refundable. Your product is printed with your own data and cannot be sold to another customer. Therefore, issuing a refund is not possible.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Because your Battle Journey prints are printed on-demand, it takes a few days before they are ready to be shipped. Posters and stickers take up to 4 business days to produce.**

After production, transit times vary by country. You can find the delivery estimates by country here on Peecho's website.**

What if I want to buy both the sticker set and the poster?

The sticker set and the poster can only be purchased separately. Please note that the costs of shipping will differ as they are packaged and shipped separately.

What happens if my order is damaged or I don’t receive it?

Peecho's team will handle the reprint. Please contact their support team, who will help you with the next steps.
