Paypal & Amazon
Provide a screenshot of the Paypal or Amazon interface, showing the details of the purchase. You can go into your purchase history, find the purchase, and open the details. Take a screenshot of those details.
Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Direct Debit
We need a screenshot of your online banking interface showing the details of the purchase. All personal information should be blacked out; however, we will need to see:
- Recipient of the payment
- Transaction ID (whenever available)—this helps our team find the purchase
For SMS/phone payments, we need the phone bill. Most operators allow their clients to create bills on their website. We understand that this is inconvenient. However, we need this information to contact our partners.
You can use the Paysafecard PIN on THIS site. If you were charged, we need the Purchase ID, which you will find in the details.
For World of Tanks, we are selling prepaid cards, in selected countries, that come with a code on the back. Send us a picture of that code.
Should the proof of purchase contain unrelated information to the payment you have issues with, please remove or black out that information.
Selected countries have VAT invoices available.
You can control your spending yourself via notifications on credited amounts that are emailed to the address associated with the account after each payment. The notification contains the payment amount and the amount of purchased gold or the name of the purchased bundle. To find out how much was spent on your account in total, please use the Data Export.
