How to join a clan
- Visit the Clan Portal and sign in using the email and password bound to your World of Tanks account.
- You have 3 different options for choosing a clan:
- Use the Search function in the upper right corner to search by name/tag.
- Use the Friends´ Clans section to join your friends´ clans on the battlefield.
- Set different criteria in Find Clan section to find suitable clans for you.
In each scenario, you can visit the clan page and click on Apply/Join Clan.
- Finally, you can also use My Game Preferences to allow suitable clans to find you instead of you finding them. In this case, when you receive an invite from a clan, all you have to do is accept it if you like the clan. The clan you applied to will receive an email, as well as a notification informing them that you have requested membership.
Good to Know
- If you leave a clan or get removed from a clan, there will be a cooldown of 24–72 hours on your account before you can be accepted into another clan.
- If your application to a clan was deleted or denied, you will need to wait 7 days before you can submit another application to the same clan.
- If you continue to experience issues with joining a clan (after the above reasons are ruled out), please contact our Player Support and describe the issue(s) that you are encountering.
