Before making a purchase
- Verify that your phone contract allows payments over calls and can send/receive premium SMS.
- Make sure that your account country at the time of accessing the Premium Shop matches your own country.
If you are still unable to make payments over the phone, try changing the Premium Shop language to English.
Phone Call - voice payments
Voice payments are an easy and safe method you can use to buy gold with a simple phone call.
Allopass
After selecting a package, you will be asked to call a premium number. You will receive an access code to complete the payment.

Daopay
Order numbers are marked by the hashtag (#) symbol. They become invalid after 24 hours:

If the communication was cut during the phone call and you were charged for the transaction, contact Player Support with the following information:
- Phone number used for the purchase (including country code).
- The date of the transaction and the amount of gold you purchased.
- Phone bill showing that you were charged for the transaction (you can access your online phone bill and take a screenshot of it). Feel free to blank out any unnecessary information.
Premium SMS Payments
You will receive an SMS with an access code. Make sure you enter the code correctly.
Allopass
There are two different ways to pay through the Allopass Premium SMS method:
- Standard SMS payment:
After choosing a package, you will be asked to send a message. In the response, you will receive your access code via SMS to enter in the payment window:

- Select the same package with the same amount of gold.
- Select the same payment method.
- Enter the code in the window.
- Direct Carrier Billing Payment:
After choosing a package, you will be asked to enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS with the access code to enter in the payment window:

Centili (Infobip)
By clicking on the package of your choosing, a drop-down menu will appear, revealing the Centili Widget for mobile payments.


Boku
The Boku payment method works similarly to Centili. All you need to do is enter your mobile phone number and confirm the transaction via SMS:

By choosing this payment method and entering your phone number, you will receive an automatic reply-request to send a confirmation message:

Contact Player Support and provide with the following information:
- Phone number used for the purchase (including country code).
- The date of the transaction and the amount of gold you purchased.

Due to the occasional special campaigns introduced to selected countries, it is possible that some SMS payment options are available only to one particular phone operator (e.g. special Polish T-Mobile offer).

I didn’t receive an SMS with the verification code
In some cases, phone operators may block you from special “Premium” SMS or limit the number of purchases via this payment method. Contact your phone operator to get more information about the settings of your contract.
On the other hand, if there is any issue related to the payment interface (website), please delete your internet browser cookies and cached data. If this fails to resolve the issue, please try using another internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.).
