We have a self-service Knowledge base available where you can find solutions to a myriad of issues:
How to send a ticket
- Go to the Ticket Category Tree:
- Select the subject that best applies to your question or issue and click Continue.
- You will navigate to a Question/Answer scenario that better describes your issue.
- When you reach the end of the tree, you may see a brief solution for your issue.
- If your problem is not resolved, click Create Ticket.
- Depending on your issue, you will have a form with a number of questions to answer.
- Attach related files to your issue whenever applicable.
