Purchases can be refunded only within a 180-day period when the associated in-game items remain unused. For example, if you made a purchase on the wrong server. Should this be the case, contact Player Support of the server where you made the purchase.
Have the following information ready:
- Payment method: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, …
- Date and time of the purchase
- Name of the purchased item
- Amount or price in your currency
- Order Number in the purchase confirmation email. Example: c4e9ba14cf3011e5834f38eaa78b2fac
- Proof of purchase: a screenshot of your bank account, credit card, or retailer confirming you were charged
Transfers are an exception that applies to non-refundable payment methods where our team is unable to process a refund. In these cases, we are open to exploring the transfer of an in-game item, or its equivalent in value, from one account to another. Contact our Player Support team for help.

- Date and time of the purchase
- Name of the purchased item
- Amount or price in your currency

Assets bought on one platform (PC, mobile, console) cannot be moved to another platform because those accounts are not unified. The same applies to accounts on the same platform. We can only refund the assets if the assets are unused, or transfer them if they are non-refundable.

Purchases through the Armory can be refunded when no more than one (1) battle is played with the ship.
Disclaimer
- Epic Games Store DLCs are non-refundable.
- We cannot transfer assets to a different server, but we can refund them if they remain unused. You are then free to make the correct purchase on the intended server.
- Some payment providers have their own time limits for refunds. Once it has elapsed, we will no longer be able to process your refund request.
