Refunds and Transfers

Purchases can be Refunded or Transferred as long as the delivered services were not used.

Steam DLC and used or partially used services do not qualify for a Refund nor a Transfer.


Submit a ticket and provide the following information:

  • Payment method - Paypal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, etc.
  • Date and Time of the purchase.
  • Name of the service - 500 Gold, Premium Tank - Type 59, etc.
  • Order Number - appears in the confirmation email. Example: c4e9ba14cf3011e5834f38eaa78b2fac


Non-refundable payment methods allow Support to transfer the purchased services from one account to another.

Submit a ticket and provide the information requested above, as well as the nickname and email of the recipient account.

Refundable payment methods do not qualify for a Transfer.

The following payment methods are non-refundable:

  • Paysafecard
  • Phone payments
  • Steam
  • Terminal payments (Qiwi)
