How to redeem a prepaid card

1. Go to https://eu.wargaming.net/shop/redeem/ (log in required).
2. Enter the prepaid card code (back of the card) in the field and click Redeem.
3. Enjoy!

The prepaid card does not work

Should you have an issue with your prepaid card, contact Customer Service

Include the following information:

• Date of purchase.
• An image from both sides of the prepaid card. Make sure the code is visible.
• An image from the shop purchase receipt.
