Credit Cards can be used, in selected countries, to make payments in our Premium Shop.
Before a purchase
- You are logged into the correct account.
- There's enough funds and the card has not expired.
- The card is active - relevant for prepaid and gift cards.
- Your card supports 3D Secure: Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode
- Your bank or card issuer has NOT blocked your card.
- You have your card's security code. Should your card not include one, ask your bank or card issuer.
How to pay
Input your card number, expiry date, and the security code (3 digits*).
How to remove your credit card details
- Log in and go to the Premium shop.
- Select any package and select Credit Card as the payment method.
- Click Remove the credit card information. Your financial data will be removed.
- Make sure Save my card details is NOT selected for your future purchases.
Your payment rights or credit card may be blocked by our payment platform because of too many:
- Payment attempts.
- Different credit cards.
- Different IPs.
If on your third payment attempt you are unable to complete the transaction, contact Player Support.
