Game Center Help Menu
The Help Menu consists of two main sections:
- The Player Support section contains links to the Player Support portal where it is possible to view reported tickets, read articles about the Game Center or report a problem about the Game Center or its games
- The Create a Report section helps to collect Game Center error logs and provide a report to the Support team.

What are Upcoming Updates and how to enable them
Upcoming Updates allow you to download a patch in advance and save it to your hard drive. On the day of the patch's release, you can install and start playing immediately.
Not all games support Upcoming Updates.
Due to the nature of the Upcoming Updates patch process, when enabled, these updates will not follow the Game Update Schedule and will be applied as soon as a patch download becomes available.
How to enable Upcoming Updates:
- Go to Settings > Updates section
- Enable Download updates in advance
- You can limit the download speed.
- Save changes.
